Born and brought up in the Samastipur district of Bihar in rural India. While growing up as a child, Raghuvendra never contemplated becoming a Lawyer or pursuing a Company secretary. Today this acknowledged legal strategist is also a passionate volunteer at the Art of Living who endeavors to live each day with vigor to increase productivity with purpose and make the world a better place for all to live a joyful life.
Currently based in Dubai, Raghvendra Verma, Chief Legal, Compliance & Company Secretary at ISON, spearheads the group’s efforts to build strong corporate governance. ISON Group is one of Africa’s leading IT and ITeS companies, with over 500 million customers and 50 global on-shore centers providing Big Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Voice, Customer Experience Management, Enterprise Mobility, ERP, and CRM process solutions.
During the 23 years of his professional career, he served multiple roles in various firms across Manufacturing, Real Estate, Mining, IT, ITES, and the BPO sector. He lived in Kenya and Nigeria, traveling across the globe, interacting and acquainting himself with legal complexities while managing global cultural diversity within the litigation framework.
