What has the journey been like for the company since its formation?

For over 12 years, Successive Technologies has partnered with businesses across every major industry to make amazing products, and solutions and connect the dots between people, innovation, and business opportunities.

At Successive, we do not have KRAs, we have projects. For every single project that comes onto the floor, we decide and discuss based on knowledge, expertise, and available ideas, in terms of who the best set of individuals is to take it on. We believe that our technological expertise, specific domain experience, and passion for excellence to deliver enterprise-grade solutions always keep us going and make us outstanding.

This has resulted in 2x growth YoY since our inception, with 2020 & 2021 being our strongest years. The wide array of curated and cutting-edge solutions that we offer has ensured that we have an exceptional list of customers spanning a diverse range of sectors, including- health, media & advertising, real-estate, automotive and more. Currently, we’re 800+ strong with 300+ customers across 30+ countries and 7 offices across the globe.

What is the process followed by Successive Technologies when offering its services?

There is no singular process we follow. Because every organization is different. Clients are different. Business challenges are also different. There is no one-size-fits-all business solution. And this shapes how we work. At Successive, we strive to assist our clients in building future-proof organizations by delivering innovative, data- and insight-driven solutions that enable cost-efficiencies and long-term growth.

What is the work culture like at Successive Technologies?

The culture at Successive is an amalgamation of its vision, mission, practices, and, most importantly, the core values that make every Successivian feel like they have the autonomy to think independently and come up with new ideas. We also focus on mentoring, listening, trusting, and empowering our Successivian to promote innovation and growth. This is what makes them stay associated with the organization in the long run.

What according to you makes a company the best place to work?

A good workplace is where all the employees are valued, supported, and nurtured irrespective of gender or color. All employees are equal and should provide them equal opportunities to progress and equal access to all the perks and rewards on offer.

What was the thought behind the name of the company?

As the word implies, Successive Technologies aims to be successful as the only solution provider to all our client’s requirements. We went through many options and finally, the word “Successive” resonated the best with what we want to achieve as an organization.

How has Siddharth Pandey helped steer the company forward?

Being the Founder and CEO of Successive Technologies, I have always focused on developing high-quality business strategies and plans that align with both short-term and long-term objectives. My strategies and plans revolve around people and partnerships over processes and profits. I constantly put efforts to lead the company with a value-driven and culture-focused environment where trust, integrity, innovation, and joy are practiced.

What does the future look like for Successive Technologies in the coming years?

Customer centricity is at the core of what we do at Successive. Our constant endeavour is to use the latest technologies and our innovative approach to help businesses overcome hurdles and issues that come in their way of progress. We accomplish this by creating new-age solutions that enhance their capabilities and enable them to engage with their customers in a more meaningful way, leading to enriched experiences. And we constantly challenge ourselves to achieve this in the shortest time possible.

To support the ever-changing business landscape and evolving enterprise requirements, we have reinvented our workplace with upskilling and reskilling. We aim to become the market leader in all the verticals we are into. Hence, we have set up a growth engine that enables our marketing and sales teams for customer acquisition. We have grown just double in headcount from 2020 and the number is growing. On the business front, we are aggressively targeting a tenfold increase in growth over the next five years.
