Born in Chirawa village in Jhunjhunu, a rural district in Rajasthan, Renu was lucky to have never faced any gender discrimination at home. She credits all her achievements to her parents’ progressive ideologies. Despite not getting an opportunity to go to school, her parents encouraged her to get educated and become financially independent.
Renu studied in Convent School, Renukoot, and later graduated from Girls Government College, Jhunjhunwala district in Rajasthan. Work began soon after graduation. She decided to pursue further education to gain more knowledge in understanding business operations. Over the next few years, she completed her MBA from Symbiosis with a PG diploma in Retail, Financial Management, and International Marketing from All India Institute, Chennai.
Her dreams and ambitions did not let her sleep
Renu’s parents always encouraged her to stay focused and driven in life, not get deterred by regressive ideologies, instead. Manifesting this diligent approach in her first job, she quickly got promoted from a receptionist to a sales executive. In 2006, she joined ILD Developers as Manager Sales. Later in 2013, she progressed in her career, joining Raheja Developers Ltd as VP, Sales. Over the years, she has gained industry exposure in Marketing, Luxury Real Estate Sales, Group Housing, Township, Channel Management, Retail Leasing, and Customer Relationship Management. She has launched numerous luxury real estate projects internationally in the United States(USA), Canada, Macau, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.
Renu adopted an aggressive approach to drive sales and demonstrated the qualities of a leader in her workspace. Sharing her knowledge and experiences with her colleagues and team members helped her gain perspective and excel professionally.
